I can NOT deal with a trading company, since I will need to directly correspond with a production engineer who understand exactly what I require. You can however be a manufacturer who also trades. I will preference OEM manufacturers who have experience with veterinary or human implants.

I am after a custom made veterinary orthopaedic TPO implant. I will ONLY need X2 pieces. No more. It is very specific and only to be used for one of my clients. So no more will need to be made - only two pieces. So please do ask how many I will require, if you do so, I will assume you have not read this brief. However, I am happy to explore other custom projects, and some batch projects with you in the future if your quality and price are good.

It is very basic implant with a 90Deg step. The material should be implant grade stainless steel. The plate has X8, tapered, 3.5mm Synthes type locking screws. I may need a drill guide too if you also make them. The drawing is attached, and STEP file can be provided. You will note that the X8 locking screw holes are drawn, but they are NOT correctly represented, since the drawing will need to be modified to suit your tapered lock screw tooling.

I will require laser marking on the plate, with my business name, logo, "INOX" and your batch number. Since this is a veterinary implant, I do not require ISO 13485, but it would be an advantage if you had it, along side CE certification too, if you have it.

I will need a certified material report for this device, that either you can provide or your raw materials supplier, indicating that this is suitable to be implanted into a mammal.
