I am looking for options for two custom made CBN Wheels for grinding extra small 316L Stainless Steel Pins.
At the moment I am using a custom made B30 600g version of what I need, but it is too harsh a grind for some of my purposes.
Perhaps you can offer a custom wheel as per my attached dimensions with a B15 (1000g) and second B8 (1500g) coating? I might even consider a third wheel at B22 (800g).
The shaft diameter and outer diameter (with the coating) is very important, since the wheel is being used with a custom? Made jig that can not be altered.
If you can assist, please let me know what your price per wheel would be. I only need one of each size.
