Good day
I am looking for a long term supplier for a surgical pump that we are developing. Because this device is a medical pump the materials must be ISO 10993 certified. So if you can provide this, please read on.
Our product has 2 sizes of seals. One seal is basic ID 5mm rubber o-ring CS 1.0mm.
The other will need to be looked in to. But it is a large seal with an OD11.90 - and we need to either choose X2 o-rings or better still a piston type seal with a rubber energiser and a PTFE glide ring.
With out previous prototype, we found that X2 o-rings had too much friction, and so that is why we are now considering piston type seals.
If you can assist please, reply at once as we would like to manufacture the prototype seals at once.
