I am need for a quote for a few prototype medical devices.
This is a confidential project, so please do not disclose to anyone.
I have attached some photos of the printed prototype and stl files of what needs to be made. But there are some changes, listed below and please note that the. Stl file shows strange "serrated" sides on one part, this is an artefact from the software sketchup. In fact this area is simply just smooth.

First of all, before manufacture, I will provide CAD drawings and Part Files for you. But I need a quote to move forward.

To proceed you MUST have and provide me with a current ISO 13485 certificate.

1. The device is a die that is used during surgery - and there are 4 different sized sets.
2. There are 4 sets of these instruments. 5.6m, 6.3mm, 7mm and 7.7mm
3. There are to be made from Medical grade 316L or similar material
4. The inner finish is to be smooth, but not necessary mirror finish.
5. The outer finish is not important. It can be brushed, with no tolerance dimensions.
6. You will notice the there are tight inner corners X4, these corners can be radiused to suit your tooling. This will then require an update to all three parts of the set to suit the changes.
7. Although it is not noted on the STL files, there are to be X3 2mm holes centred on the long edge on both sides of the larger segment. This can be seen in the photograph of the #D printed prototype.
8. Laser marking that is required on the top segment: GA Medical + Logo, INOX, (SIZE to correspond 5.6mm, 6.3mm etc^)

Ideally I would need these within a week or so after I have sent through the CAD drawings and Part Files.

Please provide an approximate price for all for sets. And timeframe.
