I am after 20 pieces (maybe more depending on price) Medical grade, custom made containers to store and sterilise medical pins. The device must withstand 121Deg Celsius for sterilisation. And I will require laser markings on the lid and main body.

The material will depend on price. I am open for suggestions if required, but the options are PEEK, PPSU, PP(High Temperature Resistant/Heat Stabilised)) 316L Stainless Steel or 304L Stainless Steel.

The design can be slightly altered to suit existing tooling and or to make manufacturing easier.

Lastly, there are NO strict tolerances, except for the fact that the threads must be a well made so that the lid can screw on well tight. All burs MUST be removed. This finish on metal can be brushed for easier finishing. The surface finish should be a smooth as possible, both inside and out, since this will be used for medical purposes.
