Our client imposes us the following commercial conditions:
- Validity of the proposal 60 days
- The material must be new.
- Delivery time CIF Port of Entry in Panama in 50 calendar days.
- Penalty (FINE) 7% of the value of the goods (V) not delivered or of the purchase order or contract divided by 30 days and multiplied by each day of delay (FINE)= [7% X (V) ÷ 30 X (Days of Delay)].
- Please attach a "Technical Proposal". The technical proposal must include the make, model, part number of the goods offered, dimensions, measures and weights of the goods requested or any information that proves that the goods offered comply with the technical requirements requested.
- The decision of the winner will be made on the basis of the lowest price. So, quote your best price please.

We need to receive your bid this Wednesday (August 07) during the day at the latest, preferably in the morning.
