I write to you this time to request a very urgent offer for our client in Panama, according to the 2 charts or tables attached. The commercial terms the customer has imposed to us are:
- CIF Port of entry in Panamá
- Validity of the offer: 60 calendar days
- Delivery term CIF Panamá: 50 calendar days
- Technical proposal is required for verification of compliance with the bidding requirements.
The technical proposal must include the make, model and, when required, the part number of the goods: Dimensions, measurements and weights of the goods requested or any information that proves that the goods offered meet the technical requirements requested.
- The decision of the winner will be made on the basis of low price.
