DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A CONSTANT SPEED CONTROLLER FOR A CUSTOMISED DC MOTOR
AIM: To achieve constant speed of customised DC motor as the load on the motor keeps changing. Motor is rated at low voltage Xvolts and high current of Yamps.
The DC motor is specially designed as part of a big system. The motor uses hall effect sensors to determine when power to the DC motor will be switched on. This of course depends on the position of the motor rotors. The purpose of the circuit is to achieve constant speed of customised DC motor as the load on the motor keeps changing. Motor is rated at low voltage Xvolts and high current of Yamps.
1. To be considered, quote for this design and construction must have a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM).
2. Do not include batteries cost in your BOM.
3. Developed sample of 2 each must be tested and sent to us before large quantities are produced.
4. 5 different specifications are required. BOM must be sent for each of them.
5. In your quote, you also provide us estimated size of the circuit after construction.
