Our induction motor required range of 2kw to 2, 000kw will need to meet the following ROTOR size and weight specification. This is a proprietary design and intellectual property of HiSystems Technology Limited.

A. LARGE DIAMETER ELECTRIC MOTOR
1. Diameter of the ROTOR should be a minimum of 800mm and a maximum of 1200mm. We will however need large diameter of more than 1200mm for ratings above 2, 000kw
2. Since the diameter is large, the motor will be shorter in length and most part of the ROTOR should be hollow. This is to help reduce the weight as much as possible.


B. SMALL DIAMETER ELECTRIC MOTOR
1. Diameter of the ROTOR should be maximum of 100mm. For technical realities, We may however need larger diameter of more than 100mm for ratings above 2, 000kw
2. Since the length of the ROTOR will be long, every possible step should be taken to reduce the weight of the ROTOR as much as possible.

Kindly send us a quotation to produce 100PCS each of 5kw and 10kw for each of these induction motors. We will require samples for quality assurance tests. You can advise us on the cost of the samples. Higher ratings of up to 2MW shall be required for future demands.

Other specification: 3-phase/400V/50Hz/2, 500rpm-3, 000rpm.
