The minimum mandatory specifications for the toilet paper are:
Roll Length: Minimum 100 meters.
Roll Width: No greater than 4 3/8" to fit existing dispensers.
Core Diameter: 1 ¼" to 1 ¾" to fit existing core posts.
Roll Width: No wider than 4 ½" to fit dispensers.
Recycled Content: Must contain at least 10% recycled fiber.
Perforation: Must be perforated; Unperforated rolls are not acceptable.
Quality: Free from visible wood splinters, holes, breaks, and wrinkles.
Individual Wrapping: Each roll must be individually wrapped in paper or plastic.
Packaging: Rolls must be delivered in cases, and the number of rolls per case must be specified.
Weight Limit: The total weight of roll cases must not exceed 8 kg
