The idea is having a system that can monitor and display different water levels in a concrete tank (presumed depth 3-4 m) then based on water level send a signal that opens an electrical valve and shuts it close when water tank is full, and should check for presence of water in the pipe supplying water in the tank to protect the valve. Manual on/off switch for valve is required.
