Technical characteristics of the mechanical booster that we have found are as below:
Drive type: Combined manual and pneumatic;
Type of gas part: Piston oil-free;
Minimum inlet pressure of pumped gas: Not less than 20 bar
Maximum delivery pressure (pneumatic actuator): 238 bar
Maximum delivery pressure (manual): 138 bar
Air drive: Air, nitrogen 2-10 bar
Gas part cleaned for oxygen applications: Compliant with ASTM G93-96 and CGA-4.1
As my colleague told me, we don't have the hoses and records for this product, so maybe you can find for us based on these technical data the pipes and the adaptors that can fit to this mechanical booster and to your rebreather.
As per our discussion, here are the technical specification requested in the project:
Mechanical Compressor for Oxygen Cylinder Charging:
@ The device should be usable for charging all types of diving cylinders.
@ Mechanical compressor (manual) for high-pressure charging, capable of compressing oxygen to no less than 200 bar.
@ Equipped with a manual lever to generate pressure by compressing gas in the cylinder.
@ Equipped with high-pressure hoses and corresponding records.
The Manual Compressor (high-pressure pump) is designed to directly pressurize the supply of oxygen to oxygen cylinders at an outlet pressure of no less than 200 bar. The device should be mountable for all suitable gas charging cylinders, specifically industrial and oxygen gases.
Please check if you can find for us this product that can be used with your rebreather and that fulfills our specificatio
