General purpose is to attach a fairly heavy object - around 0.5 - 1 kg, to the handlebar of a bike or baby carrier. To that aim, I am looking for a strap that goes around the handlebar, to which the heavier object is attached to. It needs to be a strap and not hard plastic, flexible to the shape of the handlebar, which can be round, oval or square.

The specifics are:
- A rubber / silicone strap, not unlike those that is used to attached lights to a bike-handle, or, a drinking bottle holder to a baby carrier, but, more sturdy so to hold the higher weight.
- It needs to be adjustable, so to be able to be attached to handlebar's of varying diameter; Ranging from 2.5 - 5 cm.
- There needs to be a screw pertruding the head of the strap: So instead of where you would attach the light on a bicycle strap, there is instead a screw sticking out; Where eventually the object is going to be attached.
- The screw is infact similar to a smooth inline skate wheel looking screw; 30mm long, 6mm in diameter and the head of the screw is around 9mm in diameter.

Net, I am looking for a manufacturer of straps to heavy duty lights to bikes, or, drinking bottles to baby carriers, where their current strap can be repurposed.
