1. Cable used for High voltage Ignition should be as per ISO 3808.2.560 grade Class F (inductive Ferrite Core)
3. Cable size 8 mm
4. Silicone/Silicone inductive (spiral) ignition cable
5. Core material: 1 strand of Kevlar, Fiber glass stranding estimated 0.06 inches or 1.52 mm
6. Core material coating: Pre coated with ferrite until achieving about 0.009 inch layer or 0.22mm.
7. High grade alloy 0.0045 inches or 0.1143 mm.
8. Estimated turns per 132 or the alloy will cover approx 45% of the surface area.
9. Finish coating: 2 passes of conductive durabond coating.
10. Finished resistance: 336 Ohms/Foot or 1100 Ohms/Meter (+/-10%)
11. Finished resistance post 50K Kms: 405 Ohms/Foot or 1320 Ohms/Meter (+/-10%)
12. Cable construction: Double insulated high grade silicone/Kevlar inner with coloured silicone outer jacket.
