Automated line for dry construction mixtures. It is required to design a plant for the production of dry mixtures from scratch in a provided building. The task of production lines is to mix the ingredients of dry mixtures such as sand, cement and other additives in certain proportions. Next, put this mixture into construction bags, seal the bags and pack the bags on a pallet.

The raw materials are supplied as follows:
- sand is brought on a dump truck and lifted into one of the containers of the silo tower using augers for transporting sand (needs to be designed)
- dry cement is brought in a cement truck, dry cement is loaded into one of the containers of the silo tower using pneumatic equipment (needs to be designed)
Additional additives are delivered in regular bags of 25-30 kg and in large bags of 1000 kg (it is necessary to offer options for automating the loading of additional additives into silos)
- it is required to pack ready-made dry mixtures in a 25 kg paper bag
- line capacity 40 tons/hour
- equipment for loading silos using mechanical automated means, as well as pneumatic devices (needs to be designed)
- silo warehouse (12 silos of 93 m3 + 6 silos of 15 m3), dosage from silos into weighing bins, dosage from 6 bins of additives, mixer, packaging equipment, ultrasonic bag sealing unit, palletizer, stretch-hood packer (needs to be designed)
Aspiration equipment and industrial vacuum cleaner (needs to be designed)
- Placement: In a heated room with a temperature of +15 - +25 degrees C
- Electricity, compressed air, water are further determined after detailed design
- Line launch date is February 2026.

The main task is to design a plant with two production lines of a certain volume of productivity (written above) using your technologies and your experience in designing this kind of industrial facilities, using automated controls
