Fluid bed cooler is a well-known device in the practice of cooling products during the process. There are devices called "fluid bed dryer" with cooling in the final part. We do not need drying and cooling, but only cooling along the entire lenght of the device. Our product is in the form of pellets, with a diameter of 6 to 8 mm and a pellet lenght of 15 to 20 mm. Bulk weight is about 700 kg/m3. The inlet temperature of the cooler itself is around 80 to 90 degrees C and the outlet temperature should be a max 25 degrees C. The cooling capacity of such goods should be 1, 5 to 2 t/h. Fluid bed technology is very important here because the product must be in constant motion in order for the air around it to circulate optimally. The fluid bed coller must be able to cool the air and must have a fan for intensive air flow, as well as a cyclone for dedusting. No filter is needed.
