We are a carbon brush manufacturing company. We are in need of machines that can help us cut electro graphite, copper graphite and natural graphite blocks. The cutting needs to be very accurate because we want to keep wastage to the minimum.
We are not looking for bulk manufacturing machinery. Our brushes are used for large motors and generators. Their sizes are 32X50X25mm, 50X50X25mm and so on. We do not manufacture small brushes used in automobiles of powertools.
Besides cutting we also need machines for tamping copper wires in the brushes, grinding, and tapering.
Our goal is to minimize human intervention. We want to bring down our production cost, timeline and increase precision in our products.
