We are currently working on a residential mixed-use property in California and would like to request a quote for the following items. Please provide quotes for the items you have available from the list below.
1. Balcony Guardrail
Requirements:
Prefabricated guardrail system for exterior balcony
Fascia mounted: 6" X 12" X 3/4" thick galvanized, painted knife plate with (6) 1/2" bolt holes
Vertical support post on ends (max. 8'-0")
Horizontal bars spaced every 4" max (not verticals shown to left)
2. Balcony Parapet Guardrail
Requirements:
8'-0" long prefabricated guardrail system for exterior balcony
6" X 12" X 3/4" thick galvanized, painted knife plate with (6) 1/2" bolt holes. Mount to inside face of stucco parapet
Vertical support post every 4'-0" max
2 horizontal bars spaced every 4" max
