We would like to have a a wind blocking for the ears while cycling, preference is to have a stickies like the nose (breathe right) but sticky to the front of the ears only( like an elephant ear) possible to purchase much more it would be a one usage type, low price product, it would look like one hand against your ear to block the wind, so the noise from the rear would not be blocked out.
