We are planning open a cocoa processing plant to produce cocoa liquor, powder and butter from cocoa beans. The plant will have a capacity of processing of 10, 000 ton/year cocoa beans and it will be located in Turkey.
10000 ton beans: 2900 liquor, 3000 powder, 3000 oil(pls confirm these ratios)
Design, procurement and commissioning are contractor's responsibilities.
Plant layout will be designed.
2 years of spare parts will be included.
Production will be full automatic.
Electric or natural gas usage is not decided yet, so we want to see quotation for both of them.
Auxilary equipments needs should be specified.
290 days/year, 3 shifts, 7, 15 hour/shift
