Our company is looking for a factory to buy vertical filling machine for liquid high-viscosity products.
Technical demands:
• Product - PU systems – 1 component PU and STP glue (with a viscosity of no more than 100,000 cP)
• Packing – aluminum foil bags 3, 5 and 7 kg, sealed up and down.
• Filling with a rotary or gear pump
• Eliminate the possibility of drops of the packaging material getting on the walls of the package – otherwise the product will be spoiled
• Filling should be made without air in the bags.
• Provide an airless space in the package, with the injection of a portion of nitrogen, to exclude contact with residual air.
• To avoid damage to the package during filling with an ingredient, the installation must be equipped with a package support device (conveyer). A bag filled with an ingredient is lifted along a small conveyor and fed to the operator for further packing in a sturdy container (plastic bucket, etc.).

• 9. All the units should easily disassemble for washing by solvent.
• 10. All the units should be withstanded high temperature and maybe burned to remove the leftover filling material
• 11. The filling machine must be manufactured in a special explosion-proof design for working with flammable products or in conditions of increased fire danger, as well as with increased dust and moisture resistance with a degree of protection of IP65
• 12. Availability of appropriate technical instructions for training in the operation of the installation, setting up and repairing.
