We are seeking contract manufacturers to produce our specialised low glycemic index sugars. We produce them through our proprietary patented enzyme and process. The sugar we are talking of is called ISOMALTULOSE. We expect the production volume to reach 25-50000 tons in 3 years. Are there any contract manufacturers in the sugar or starch industry who have good crystallisers to partner with us. The main production system is downstream crystallisation.
