The operation of padlock shall be by a removable key in both locked and unlocked positions.
The body of padlocks shall be solid brass. The shackle shall be manufactured from stainless steel material. The padlocks shall be high quality, rust and rain proof, specially the mechanism, pins and springs, since they will be for outdoor use and installed in open areas, and subjected regularly to rain, moisture, dust, sunlight and frost.
The padlocks shall be sturdy and enjoy a high level of hardness to make it near impossible for them to be cut open in conventional methods.
Each padlocks shall be provided with two gaskets.
All padlocks shall be identical to the attached drawings and have cylinders alike (keys alike padlocks)
The dimensions of the required padlocks shall be as per drawings

Two samples of padlocks shall be submitted with the offer
