We are initiallizing the process of acquisition (to be effective in 12 months) of 20-30 X-ray inspection machines for equipments, cargo units, cargo and international shipments.

This first approach is just to get an insight of the current market status, as negotiation will be held personally after shortlisting the best 3 suppliers for this type of equipment. These machines will be equipping 10 sea-ports in the same country. Further details cannot be disclosed by now, and will be shared later during discussion.

A small description of what is required:
The equipment must be composed of a set that includes the base support moving, if necessary, the X-ray unit, control cabinet(s) with analysis monitor(s) image, processing devices, protective wall or shed, if necessary, and other auxiliary equipment. In this sense, any subsystems, equipment, units, interfaces, software, instruments, tools, licenses for use that, even if not specifically required or mentioned, are necessary for the perfect and complete functioning of the scanner.

Other requirements:
- International Warranty (1 or 2 years, upon discussion);
- Training must be provided and included in the contract settled, both for technician as well as maintenance.

Please provide as much information as possible regarding your company and equipments you sell, as well as an indicative price for supplying, installing, settling the equipments, training tecnhicians, and maintenance in a foreign country.

Shortlisted suppliers will be visited in China during the following next months.
