Produce 12AH UPS battery, one plate group is 6+7-, 6 jointed plate, one day produce 2 shift, one shift is 10hours. The capacity requirment is 1000PCS/shift.
So the positive grid need to produce one mint: 1000*6*6/6/10/60=10piece;
The negative grid need to produce one mint: 1000*6*7/6/10/60=11.67piece;
So need grid casting machine: Two sets (one for positive, another for negative);
Pasting machine+flash drying oven+mixer: One
Singly tunnel plate cutting machine+frame brushing machine: Each one set;
Simple enveloper: One set;
