Minimum diameter of the product (top of the barrel) - 60 mm
Minimum length - 4 m

Maximum diameter at the start of bending 150 mm
Minimum diameter at the start of bending 60 mm
Minimum bending radius - R4000
Maximum bending radius - R12000
The round-conical barrel is made using longitudinal seam welding.
Coating - uncoated or hot-DIP galvanized.

The bending process must be mechanized.

The installation must include:
- device for securing the product;
- template jig for bending;
- drive of the bending mechanism.
The device for securing the product must ensure reliable fixation of the product during the bending process, preventing its movement. The device must provide fixation of all types of supports presented.
The template jig can be adjusted to bend radii and support diameters. The conductor may not be reconfigurable, then the kit should include all types of conductors for all types of products.

Requirements for final manufactured products.

The machine and the accessories included in the kit must provide the ability to bend all presented types of supports with a given radius.
After bending, the products should not have any ellipse of the barrel, corrugations, or kinks.
