Dear Sir/Madam
We are searching for a reliable source for Double Sided adhesive with low density PE foam and acrylic glue. For several years we have been using a brown liner tape. It was very competitive and had very good quality. But the supplier can't support us now.
We use tape for pasting Side Molding on car doors (attached picture). Side moldings is made from PP. We use 3M primer to promote its surface adhesion. PP side molding has high expansion and contraction, so we need flexible foam. Also, it should have good resistance to climatic cycles; From -20 to 100 degree centigrade.
We need at least 20000 m2 per year for start. (can ramp up to 50000 m2 in future).
