Key Requirements:

1. Compliance with Local Regulations:
- All motorcycles must meet SASO technical regulations and be suitable for operation under Saudi traffic laws.
- Suppliers are expected to recommend appropriate technical specifications based on vehicle classifications (e. G., L1eB, L2eP, L3eA), ensuring compliance with import restrictions and safety standards.

2. Technical Specifications (To Be Proposed by Supplier):
- Motor Power & Speed: Provide recommendations for suitable motor power and speed limits according to local regulations.
- Battery and Range: Suggest battery type, capacity, and expected range to meet delivery needs and regulatory requirements.
- Cargo Capacity: Propose design options for secure cargo boxes suitable for delivery operations.
- Safety Features: Include recommendations for braking systems, lighting, and other safety components compliant with SASO standards.

3. Conformity and Certification Requirements:
- Suppliers must confirm the ability to provide a SASO Certificate of Conformity or Gulf Conformity Certificate (GCC).
- Include documentation such as:
- Supplier Declaration of Conformity
- Technical specifications and risk assessments
- Vehicle registration labels and battery safety certifications

4. After-Sales Support:
- Warranty coverage for key components (motor, battery, frame).
- Availability of spare parts and technical support for maintenance.

Order and Delivery Details:

We plan to purchase a total of 5, 000 units, structured in phases to ensure quality and operational efficiency:

- Phase 1 - Pilot Batch: 200-500 units to evaluate product quality, supplier performance, and real-world delivery conditions in Saudi Arabia.
- Phase 2 - First Large Batch: 1, 500-2, 000 units based on feedback and adjustments from the pilot phase.
- Phase 3 - Final Batch: Remaining 2, 500-3, 000 units, potentially split into additional shipments depending on operational demand.
