Low cost upright bioreactor system with plastic single use lining (bags) with large (~0.5") exit port at bottom of bag. Inlets for medium, pH adjustment etc. Sensors for pH, dO and temp. Volume 50 litres, working volume 25 litres. Bioreactor can be gently stirred using a raised magnetic stirrer or from above using a stirrer as in the attached drawing. Please note that we do NOT need all the ports that are shown in the attached diagram. We need the controller, support for the bag and multiple single use bags. The bags must be sterile and gas tight (NOT oxygen permeable).
