I am looking for a supplier that can create and ship minimum 1000 sets of 3 clock hands similar to the ones shown in the URL below (and the image from MadeInChinaDotCom, but a different size and not a set of 2 but in sets of 3.
I will start with 1000 sets.
Each set should consist of 3 clock hands.
Each piece 16 mm wide except for the wide part of the top of the arrow. It should be about 35mm.
Length of the 3 hands: 65mm 75mm and 80mm.
Colors:
- 1X Yellow (the 65mm hand) = #FFED00 (100% Yellow)
- 1X Blue (the 75mm hand) => #2A266C (C=100 M=98 Y=14 K=17)
- 1X Green (the 80mm hand) = #009641

Note the shape of the arrows can be like in the picture of the blue and red arrow, but preferably I like the shape of the arrow head in the ArrowHeadShapes. JPG file if no extra costs.

Please provide pricing for 1 set of hands (per 1000 sets).

But also please let me know what it would cost to burn/etch letters into the plastic arrow on one side (similar to the text in the ArrowHeadShapes. JPG file

Finally: It would be great if you can also supply a rivet (Click mechanism with some kind of click nut or circle on the back side of the cardboard device / clock we are making. Note a working mechanism is shown in the RivetFrontAndBack. JPG file. It would be great if user can once or twice take this apart without breaking it. But of course it does not have to be as long as in the image. It must be the thickness of the 3 hands plus 3mm plus enough length to click through the nut on the back side of the clock.
