Purpose: Evaporator Manufacturing.
Bonding Aluminium Tube 1060 H112 to Aluminium Plate 1060 H18.
Process:
1. Alumunium Plate is Laminated on 1 side with hot Melt glue film
2. Alumunium tube is placed on plate with film on valcunizing machine heated at 150-180 degree Celsius and it is pressed for 20 seconds to make tube bond with the plate.
Max Roll weight = 25-30kg
Roll Sizes 200mm to 490mm
