Technical requirements for the containers:
Dimensions: 20 feet (L = 6.06 m, W = 2.44 m, H = 8.5 m).
Certification requirements:
O ISO 9001;
O ISO 17712;
O IEC certification for Zone 2.
Container specifications:
1. Electrical components: Must be IEC certified for hazardous Zone 2.
2. Interior surfaces: Made of washable, non-toxic materials that can be cleaned, washed, and disinfected.
3. Food-grade compliance: Containers must be made of non-toxic materials and certified for food storage.
4. Temperature range (for refrigerated containers): From -20 C to +20 C (-4 F to 68 F).
5. Ventilation systems: Should include humidity control features (if required).
6. Construction material: Durable steel resistant to corrosion. The floor must be reinforced to handle heavy loads.
7. Doors: Equipped with airtight seals to prevent cold air leakage in refrigerated containers and protect against pests and contaminants.
