General requirements
The supplier shall supply and install an air conditioner at the switch room at gimboki sewage treatment plant
3.1 air conditioner split type
3.1.1 should include the inverter energy saving technology
3.1.2 low noise not exceeding 19dB at 1m distance from the machine,
3.1.3 the air conditioner should include the deep sleep mode,
3.1.4 the air conditioner should be able to deliver a jet cool,
3.1.5 the machine to incorporate a powerful airflow,
3.1.6 the air conditioner should be fitted with anti-bacterial air filter,
3.1.7 the power supply to the air conditioner is 240VAC single phase 50Hz,
3.1.8 air conditioner size is to be 60, 000 BTU.
3.1.9 the air conditioner should have 10 year inverter compressor warranty although all equipment should be covered by the mandatory 1 year warrant under this contract.
3.1.10 installation at site and commissioning is included.
4.0 special requirements
4.1 fully suitable for operation in Zimbabwe.
4.2 the equipment shall be fully tested before leaving the manufacturer and a standard factory test certificate shall be provided with each unit supplied.
5.0 service support
5.2 warranty period of at least 1 year after handover of equipment to end user.
5.3 note that following delivery under any contract for supply, the supplier shall be responsible for ensuring that the end-users are provided with any service updates, service bulletins, safety notices, etc. Either direct or via the local agent.
