Description: Equipment for cross cutting a band by 32 X 32 mm section with a cut pitch of 32 mm (cube production). One band goes from the forming head for cutting.
The product is a plastic mass of dry compressed alkaline (pH 1% solution 10.0) mixture of anionic PAVs, mixed in carrier (sodium sulphate) with dyes and flavouring agent. The band has plasticity and is able to stick to a knife.
Required capacity - 10 to 70 cuts per min
Control -The machine must be equipped with a sensor control panel, PLC controller and frequency speed converter.
Guillotine cuts the band on individual pieces. The length of the piece is determined by the frequency of the cutting.
Power supply 380 V 5%, frequency 50 Hz.
