We are would like to establish a plant for Recycling of used tires using pyrolysis technology.
The plant will have multi-purpose reactors with ability to alternatively use waste tires, waste plastic, waste oil sand sludge as raw material.
The following products are derived:
- pyrolysis oil
- Carbon black
- Scrap steel
- Waste gas
The reactors will be supported by a refinery for refining the oils to produce lighter grades of fuel oils such as gasoline, diesel, etc. There will also be a de-sulphurisation plant to remove Sulphur content from diesel and other fuels.
We would like to receive a full detailed proposal with feasibility of such a plant
