Good day! I need a spring washer, disc-shaped, with an inner diameter of 17.5 mm for an M16 shaft, an outer diameter of 27.5 mm, and a washer thickness of 0.4 mm. Stainless steel as shown in the photo, since it is in a liquid environment, should be magnetic. Can you make one like this? It presses the sliding contact disc in a welding roller. Dimensions as per the drawing. Tooth height is 3 mm, between the teeth is 1.40 mm, as in the photo, there are 14 teeth.
Добрый день! Нужна шайба пружинная, тарельчатая внутренний диаметр 17,5 мм на вал М 16 наружный диаметр 27,5 мм толщина шайбы 0,4 мм. НЖ Нержавеющая сталь такая как на фото, т.к. находится в жидкой среде, коленная, чтобы магнитилась. Сможете такую сделать? Прижимает диск скользящего контакта в сварочном ролике. Размеры как на чертеже. Высота зубьев 3 мм, между зубьями 1,40 мм, как на фото зубьев 14 штук.
