We are looking for a manufacturer to produce high-precision single-tone flutes made of metal. These flutes are similar to the "Love-Tuner" flute but need to be tuned to 11 specific frequencies (e.g., 618 Hz, 624 Hz, etc.).
Our requirements:
Material: High-quality metal (stainless steel, brass, or aluminum – please advise).
Frequency Accuracy: The tone frequency must be highly precise.
Design: We will provide a 3D model as a construction file.
MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity): 500.
Production Capacity: Scalable for larger quantities.
Finishing: Matte or polished (please provide available options).
Packaging: Individual packaging in a case or box (please offer options, we make the whole design and give it as print-ready PDF or EPS).
Information we need from you:
Your experience in manufacturing musical instruments or precision metal parts.
MOQ and price per unit (including pricing for different order volumes).
Production time and delivery terms (Incoterms, preferably CIF Germany).
References or examples of similar products you have manufactured.
We plan to import the flutes to Germany and distribute them from there.
