Functional and Regulatory requirements:
I. Supplier to share all reports and documents on various performance and durability tests carried out for Cylinder valve and TPRD as per regulation.
II. Supplier to share any specific Cylinder Valve and TPRD installation guidelines to TML.
Cylinder Valve should be compatible to H2 gas as per ISO 14687.
III. Cylinder Valve consist of Manual shut off valve, Automatic shut off valve, Check valve, Excess Flow valve, Burst disk & Thermal PRD.
IV. Cylinder valve inlet & Outlet connection thread size should be such that required tubes can be connected through developed connectors only.
V. Cylinder valve to be PESO approved & to be EC79 & R134 certified.
VI. Testing of Cylinder valve as per ISO 12619-5 or UN R 134 standard
VII. The thermally activated pressure relief device shall comply with ISO 12619-10 or UN R 134 standard
VIII. TPRD, Check valve & Automatic shut off valve baseline & performance tests as per AIS 195.
