I need your help with the purchase of 2900 pairs of PVC boots.

The boots are required for healthcare workers in a private hospital. ( Doctors, nurses etc) They do not need steel toe caps. They need to be PVC, white in color and non-slip. The boots in the picture look fine. This is a very urgent order and lead / delivery times are critical.

I require a formal quotation containing the following information:

1. FOB price your nearest airport.

2. Full packing list: Quantity per carton, carton size (L X B X H), weight of carton, total numbers of cartons, total weight of consignment and total cubic meters.

3. CE/FDA certification.

4. Lead / delivery time.

5. Terms and conditions.

NB. My deadline for submission is 09: 00am tomorrow morning South African Local time.
