Explanation of concept:

Looking to develop a system that reads other drivers' license plates while driving using a camera that hangs on the inside of the windscreen. The camera will read the license plates and check them against a database of pre-stored license plates. If the license plate is in the database, the driver must receive a notification on a small screen with a size of approx. 2.8"
The screen must show the license plate number of the car it is warning about.

Camera:
Must hang on the inside of the window, be able to work well day and night and be of good quality. Preferably in dashboard camera size.
Must cope with reading many license plate numbers at the same time without problems.

Database:
Must be a database into which the administrator can enter license plate numbers in text format and have the option of several 100+ cars

Not sure if the database should be stored locally on the device or if this should go via 4G telephone network. Here you can provide input.
In any case, it must be easy for the consumer to update the database. Preferably via 4G.

Subscription:
Each consumer must pay a monthly fee to use the service, so it must be possible to deactivate the equipment if the subscription is canceled or unpaid.


Notification to other units in the area:

If a sign is captured by one of the cameras and this sign is in the database, the nearest units must be notified of this via the small screen.

Power. MAX 12V because it should be mountet in cars.
