Our Partner/Client is a well-established Pharmaceutical/Healthcare company in Nigeria with big pharmacies in 10 locations across the South West of Nigeria. This company currently manufactures, in India, her own brand drugs/medicines all of which are doing very well in the Nigerian pharmaceutical market.

Our said Ciient is currently in advanced talk with a State Government in the South West of Nigeria with a view to acquiring from the said State Government a completely new, very expansive drugs manufacturing plant owned by the State Government. The plant is completed with all requisite machines and equipment on ground but the machines and equipment have not been installed and have been abandoned for over 8 years. This plant is big enough to manufacture several product lines to serve both the Nigerian and neighbouring West African markets.

Our Client plans to acquire and operate this government owned brand new plant under a Public/Private Partnership agreement that will eventually lead to 100% private ownership in the long run.

Our Client now seeks for a very credible foreign based drugs/medicines manufacturer with verifiable sufficient capacities with whom to partner on a long term basis (i. e. A Joint Venture or Technical Partnership). The required Joint Venture/Technical Partner should be of Indian, Malaysian, Chinese or Turkish origin. The sought Technical Partner will be responsible for:
1. Plant/Machinery Audit (i. e. As it is currently on site)
2. Prepare a Plant Take off Plan
3. Source for any outstanding machines
4. Plan and Coordinate plant installation activity
5. Provide all Technical Operations Management
