I am looking for a manufacturer to produce an aluminum fixie frame with the following specifications. I would also like to see an overview of existence frames in your portfolio that I can choose from.
Product Specifications:
Product: Aluminum fixie frame (unisex)
Material: Aluminum (preferably 6061 or 7005)
Frame Size: Unisex sizing (please provide available size options)
Bottom Bracket Type: Compatible with a carbon belt drive (Gates Carbon Drive or similar)
Dropouts: Belt drive compatible (must include a frame split for belt installation and either sliding/horizontal dropouts or an eccentric bottom bracket for proper belt tensioning)
Headset: Compatible with an integrated fork and voice
Cable Integration: Optional internal cable routing
Fork: Optional matching aluminum or carbon fork
Brakes: Rim brakes and optional compatibility for disc brakes (please confirm if this can be integrated into the frame design)
Wheels: 28 inch rim and disc brake options
Handlebar Options:
Drop Bar: Lightweight Aluminum
Flat Bar: Lightweight Aluminum
Cable Integration: Both handlebars should preferably have internal cable routing as an option
