We are an agro-industrial company based in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), specifically in the Kongo Central province. We are planning to establish an industrial unit for transforming fresh mangoes into dried mango slices.
We are therefore seeking a complete turnkey quotation (CIF Matadi) for a fully integrated processing line, including the following components:

Required Equipment
1. Mango reception and washing system
2. Manual sorting table
3. Mango peeling and slicing machine
4. Blanching or pretreatment system (if necessary)
5. Hybrid dryer (solar + electric or gas-powered) – target capacity: 500 to 1000 kg/day of fresh mangoes
6. Post-drying inspection table
7. Automatic weighing machine
8. Automatic pouch filling machine (100g / 200g / 500g pouches)
9. Pouch sealing machine
10. Semi-automatic labeling machine
11. Optional: storage room or cold room (if recommended)
