I'm looking for a way to make a Rail used to make train tracks for model trains.

The customer gave me a sample and I measured it the best I could and made the attached drawing. I would have to send you some parts to inspect if we get the order.

The customer would like 6FT lengths or 2 meters, if possible. He cuts the length to satisfy different applications.
The part needs to be tin plated, possibly over a copper flash for adhesion and conductivity.
There will also be a force requirement (tentative value on the drawing) to mate with a copper pin for electrical connection.
The part has some depressions in the sides that look like it may have been used to make the part by roll forming the shape.

1000 feet are required for the first order.

What do you think? Is this something you can make or do you have a suggestion of where I should go?

Please include a 10% commission in your quote. The customer will order direct from you and you will pay me the commission after shipment is made.
