We are looking to order 10 000 custom made electrics bikes. Here are some specs that we require:
Bike:
Custom logo on the bike
Custom logo on the tires
Bike computer (Allowing a GPS; + electric lock)
USB Charging port
Built-in bluetooth speaker; Connected to the main battery. When the bike is on; The speaker turns on. (Waterproof, 20-30W)
Large fat tires 20"
LED in front and in the back of the bike for security
Metallic basket in the front of the bike
Small 10W speaker in the basket, that turns on when the bike is activated.
Battery: The best possible battery; Min 750W, min autonomy: 50km.
Throttle assisted bike
Speed limited to 20 miles per hour (30km/h)
Autonomy in full electric mode: 80km
Battery should be not removable from the bike.
LED line around the bike that turns on with the battery
Throttle assisted bike, the bike should move without the need for the user to pedal.
Full suspension
Front and rear suspension for smooth riding
Extra comfort for the lower back
Thumb throttle
Metallic basket in the front of the bike
Anti theft and damages protection
Turn it on/off through an APP;

Design based on the MATE X bike; Bike should not be foldable (or only for us to change the battery).

We need a sample ASAP; We're gonna take samples from 3 to 4 different factories and will chose the best one. Order is 10 000 pieces.
