We are looking for thermocouples suitable for the process given below.
Thermocouples will be positioned in a furnace of 600 degrees Celsius. The tip of the thermocouples will be fixed onto specimens of 1100 degrees Celcius. The fixing will be conducted by us by simply clamping. The specimens will be cooled down from 1100 to 600 degrees Celcius in 2 hours. In the meantime, we want to measure the temperature on the surface of specimens. We have our own datalogger device. The tip of the thermocouple should be 100 cm in length and semi-flexible. The cable of the product should be 200 cm in length and flexible. Attached below is a simple schematic of our setup. Please refer to the drawing.
