I am looking for a turnkey production of an Eyelash & Brow Growth Serum similar in quality and packaging to the product "VOIS EYELASH & BROW SERUM" (example attached in photos). Requirements are as follows:

Full-service production: Formula development, contract manufacturing, packaging, my logo/branding (private label), ready for certification.

Volume: 9 ml

Packaging: Dual-ended tube with brush and applicator (same as the VOIS example), individual carton box with my brand design (similar style).

Design: I will provide a design file or design brief; Style should be modern, cosmetic, feminine (similar to the provided example).

Formula: Safe and effective ingredients, natural-based, promotes growth and strengthening of eyelashes and eyebrows.

Certification: Must comply with EU / EAC / USA standards (to be discussed in detail).

Sample required for approval before mass production.

Production lead time: Ideally 30-45 days after sample approval.

Minimum order quantity: Starting from 10, 000 PCS (negotiable).
