The product is 2X of 1 half-circle screwed together to from a full circle. Its important that the assembled product has the appearance of a full circle, as seamless as practically possible.
The product is two half circles because it will be installed around an existing cylindrical object.
From experience from past suppliers, the gears should probably be made with EDM.
Color: Black
Finish: Anodized + Bead blasted
Material: Aluminum, Steel or strong plastic
Tolerance: High precision, 0.02mm tolerance
We wish to order a sample to determine the design etc. Before committing to a full order.
