We would like to cooperate with your company to provide us with a quotation for Impellers And Diffusers Manufacturing as per the following information and the attached datasheet and pictures for the requested items.

We have an order to manufacture 2ND and 3rd stage impellers for TA6000 Cooper Cameron Centrifugal compressor, Also the 3 stage diffusers.
You can find attached STP files drive links for all of them after reverse Engineering as we don't have a reference drawing. Also the impeller blades are corroded as in the attached photos.
We scan it and reverse engineered them as much as we can to match the original model.

The manufacturing material is 15-5 pH SS.
As for the heat treatment of the impellers, we could not get a clear answer from the customer.
We have obtained the maximum operating speed. It's 45, 000 RPM.
