2. Additional requirements:
- the ability to work for 60 minutes with an overcurrent of at least 20%;
- the ability to work with a short-term (up to 6 hours a day) voltage increase by 15% above the nominal with a load not exceeding the nominal;
- the normal operation of the transformer must be guaranteed at ambient temperatures up to +40°C
- vibration load for the group of operating conditions M5 according to GOST 17516.1-90 in the frequency range from 0.5 to 100 Hz at an acceleration of 2 g.
3. Design features.
The transformer is designed for installation in a metal shell (IP54) of mine (mine) electrical equipment (see drawings and model in the appendix). The transformer must have a metal base (plate) to remove heat to the housing (water cooling channels are installed in the bottom of the power unit under the transformer installation site, the minimum water consumption is 12 liters /min, the maximum water inlet temperature is 25 ° C).
The length of the HH and NN bends is 4 m.
The transformer must be equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor located on the magnetic circuit and three PTC160 sensors located in each winding.
